On behalf of the directors of The Lincoln County Law Association, welcome to our website. We hope that our members and the general public will find the information useful. As time and inspiration permits, we expect the site to become the main conduit of information from and to our members.

One challenge of these sites is to keep them current. With that in mind, we sincerely thank, but do not specifically acknowledge, those who have contributed to date and those who will contribute in the future.

An independent, well educated and robust bar is fundamental to protecting the rights that make this country as free and democratic as it is. For almost 80 years, the directors of the Association have striven to maintain our independence, facilitate our continuing legal education and maintain the collegiality that is central to the civilized practice of law. The current board is proud to continue that tradition and the website will, we hope, allow us to better achieve these goals.
